Behavioral Health Technician-Residential

Behavioral Health Treatment Technician-Temp-Hire Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45230 Pay: $17/hour Shifts: All shifts available 8:00 AM–2:30 PM 2:30 PM–10:30 PM 10:30 PM–10:00 AM The Residential Treatment Technician provides daily care, supervision, and support to children in a residential treatment program. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and structured environment while providing trauma-informed support and helping youth develop personal, educational, and life skills. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Human services-related college coursework or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
