Job Details Job Type: Full Time Location: New Orleans, Louisiana Pay: Competitive Pay & Benefits Job Description Our client is currently seeking a full‑time Billing Specialist. This position is responsible for managing and processing client bills with attorneys and their staff utilizing the Firm’s billing platforms and facilitating electronic billing submissions. Responsibilities Coordinate with attorneys, staff, and clients to generate, distribute, edit, and finalize legal bills through various billing formats, including a paperless prebill software system. Facilitate resolution of e‑billing issues. Prepare reports and materials necessary to track billings. Maintain master client files in the Elite Legal Billing system. Perform additional billing duties as assigned by the Billing Manager or Regional Office Manager. Demonstrate legal billing experience in a high‑volume/large law firm.
