Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience 5 years of experience in a maintenance manager position (must come from a Distribution Center or Manufacturing facility or Fulfillment Center or large institution) Proficient in Microsoft Office Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills CMMS experience - (computerized maintenance management system, what systems experience? Experience creating and managing large capital projects and budget Day-to-Day A client in the Romulus, MI area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a 152,000 square foot fulfillment center. The successful candidate will manage the maintenance department, develop, and execute budgets, and develop/manage capital projects and ensure the efficiency of all maintenance activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
