Our portfolio includes prestigious producers such as Leroy, Mi Sueno, Kenzo, B Wise, Robert Foley, Mark Herold, Domaine Michel Girault and many other highly sought-after wineries.

While many distributors are scaling back, Angels' Share Wines is expanding. We are investing in growth and looking for entrepreneurial sales professionals to build and develop key markets throughout Florida.

What You'll Do

Territory Development & Sales
• Develop, maintain, and grow a territory through regular account visits
• Establish strong relationships with retail and on-premise buyers
• Increase placements with existing customers and identify new opportunities
• Prospect, cold call, and open new accounts
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
• Present wines aligned with customer needs, trends, and price points
• Expand distribution and visibility for our supplier partners
Portfolio Education & Brand Building
• Conduct staff trainings, tastings, and educational events
• Lead supplier work-withs and market visits
• Communicate new releases, promotions, and seasonal opportunities
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers on wine trends, regions, and producers
Account Management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness
• Monitor inventory needs and assist customers with ordering decisions
• Build long-term partnerships with buyers, managers, and staff
• Identify challenges and provide solutions that support account growth
Preferred Experience
• Wholesale beverage alcohol sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling to independent retailers and on-premise accounts
• Restaurant, sommelier, retail wine, or hospitality backgrounds will also be considered
• Existing relationships within the territory are a plus
• Proven track record of sales success and account development
Requirements
• Strong wine knowledge and passion for the industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable with prospecting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/account management tools
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift and transport up to 40-pound cases and sales materials

Compensation & Opportunity

1099 Independent Contractor Position
• Competitive commission structure
• Monthly draw based on experience, wine knowledge, and market relationships
• Monthly expense allowance for vehicle, cell phone, and business-related expenses
