Director of Learning & Development Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite) About the Role: Lead the Future of Learning at a Growing National Law Firm! Seeking a strategic Learning & Development leader to design and deliver impactful training programs that empower attorneys and professional staff across the firm. This is an opportunity to shape how employees learn, adopt technology, and enhance client service through innovative learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the firm's Learning & Development function and training team. Design and deliver new hire onboarding and ongoing training programs. Create and maintain training materials, curriculum, guides, videos, and eLearning resources. Provide technology training and one-on-one coaching to attorneys and staff. Partner with IT and business leaders on new technology implementations and change management initiatives. Develop customized training programs for different departments and practice groups. Maintain training schedules, documentation, attendance records, and feedback metrics. Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs. Travel occasionally to other office locations for training and support. Qualifications: Experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or related areas. Leadership experience managing training teams and enterprise learning programs. Strong experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning. Experience delivering training through multiple formats (classroom, virtual, eLearning, webinars, one-on-one coaching). Experience supporting technology adoption and change management initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a law firm, legal technology, or professional services environment. Experience training attorneys and professional staff. Familiarity with legal technology tools such as iManage, NetDocuments, Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, and document management systems. Experience supporting multi-office organizations and enterprise software rollouts.
