Supports Company mission, vision, and values through sourcing and selection activities Identifies, attracts, and hires top executive and leadership talent Provides Talent Acquisition strategy and guidance to hiring leaders Performs full life-cycle recruitment for assigned areas Provides leadership supervision as needed Promotes and supports the Company culture by delivering the Company Experience Job Description Requires strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Takes appropriate and timely action in stressful situations Fully on site role Responsibilities Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities Supervises leadership recruiters and maintains department goals to uphold the Company Experience for applicants, candidates, hiring managers, and team members, as measured by customer experience surveys Extracts and compiles data to develop competitive job offers Screens and selects top talent by conducting initial interviews, presenting candidates to hiring managers, gathering feedback, and constructing competitive offer packages Develops sourcing strategies to attract top talent using technology-based search techniques and external partnerships Supports and participates in recruitment events, hiring events, and conferences Required Work Experience Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle executive/leadership recruitment experience in corporate (not agency recruitment) Education & Additional Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
