Interview Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates, senior recruiters and hiring managers, making sure everything runs smoothly. Research: Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the recruitment team. Educational Events: Help plan and host educational events like workshops and webinars to engage and inform our community. Social Media Engagement: Assist with managing our social media accounts by creating and sharing engaging content, promoting job openings, and interacting with our audience. Requirements: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Organizational Skills: Great at managing multiple tasks and priorities. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology and recruitment tools. Customer-Focused: A proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service.
