The Opportunity We are seeking highly driven recruiters who want to: work on more sophisticated searches recruit at the executive and leadership level learn retained search methodology build stronger client relationships increase their billings develop long-term industry expertise and operate in a more strategic recruiting environment You will manage full lifecycle search assignments while learning how to: conduct executive-level search strategy lead retained and engaged search processes partner directly with CEOs and senior leadership utilize AI and market intelligence tools and build long-term practice area specialization This role is ideal for recruiters who want to become: What You’ll Be Responsible For Full Lifecycle Recruiting Manage searches from intake through placement including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview management, offer negotiation, and closing. Candidate Market Development Build relationships with highly qualified passive and active talent across designated industry sectors and leadership functions. Search Strategy Execution Partner internally with senior leadership and search teams to execute retained, engaged, and contingent recruiting mandates with speed and precision. Client Partnership Support Participate in client intake discussions, candidate calibration, market intelligence reporting, and hiring strategy conversations. Leverage sourcing technologies, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, AI workflows, and modern recruiting tools to identify and engage top-tier talent.
