HR Generalist - Full-time Hourly position

We are seeking a resilient, highly organized, and proactive Human Resouce Coordinator to join our team on-site in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be the face of the company’s hiring efforts, supporting the full-cycle recruiting process and serving as the primary point of contact for all candidates. Plantation, FL (On-site)
Pay Rate: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience specifically within a Recruiting or HR support role.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and reporting tools is a plus.

shift: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, phone calls, and initial outreach.
Review and assess incoming resumes and applications daily to identify top talent.
Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Generate weekly reports outlining recruiting activity, call volumes, and candidate outcomes.
Partner closely with the Recruitment Manager to support day-to-day operations, general clerical duties, and special projects as needed.
