Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in need of rehabilitation services, assessing mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and modalities to manage pain and improve function.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and adherence to therapeutic goals.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with facility standards and legal requirements.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families regarding self-care techniques and the proper use of assistive devices to promote independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and speech therapists, to deliver holistic care models for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training relevant to current best practices in physical therapy.
• Participate actively in mentoring and supervising junior staff and interns, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence within the facility.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
