Operations Quality Inspector

Starting Pay: $20+/hr

1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts available with - Shift differentials available for off-shift employees

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician / Quality Inspector to join our growing team and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Engineering and Production teams to inspect products, perform testing, document results, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact product performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational success.

What You’ll Do

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on products and components

• Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and comparators

• Record inspection findings and prepare quality documentation and reports

• Conduct testing and assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to maintain quality standards

• Support continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to document findings clearly and maintain organized records

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Blueprint and schematic reading experience is a plus
