Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Services Director to join our team at Greenfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in beautiful Greenfield, OH. As a Food Services Director, you will be responsible for managing daily foodservice operations, interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and ensuring food preparation follows strict health guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily foodservice operations, including planning staff working schedules and operating within a budget

• Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and understand client health concerns and dietary requirements

• Develop and implement client-specific dietary programs and diverse eating options

• Ensure safe storage and preparation of food

• Carry out inventory management and purchasing supplies and equipment for operations

• Establish and manage a budget for food services

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with dietary staff and other departments

Requirements:

• 2+ years in foodservice management

• Must have ServSafe certification

• Good mathematical skills

• Highly organized and responsible

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• 8 hour shift
