Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial and critical-environment HVAC systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing corrective repairs, conducting scheduled preventive maintenance, and documenting work performed. The role also involves collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other technicians to support integrated HVAC and power solutions, and responding to service calls in a timely and professional manner. The technician is expected to follow all company safety policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while interacting respectfully with clients and colleagues. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently. Candidates should possess plumbing skills to support HVAC-related piping, condensate lines, and fluid handling systems. Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills to perform inspections, routine servicing, and system performance checks. Candidates should possess EPA certification and a solid understanding of refrigerant handling and environmental regulations. Candidates should possess electricity skills to work safely with electrical components, controls, and power systems. Relevant technical training or certification in HVAC or a related field; apprenticeship or trade school experience is beneficial. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals. Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship in mission-critical environments. Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
