Field Sales Representative

Job Summary As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. You’ll provide tailored services at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Connect with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positivity. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Convert “just looking” prospects into signed customers using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity, follow‑through, and results. Cross‑sell and upsell accurately, showing customers how to enhance their lawns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; a strong sales or customer service background is a plus. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, both small talk and closing conversations. Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lb while outdoors. English fluency for speaking, reading, and writing. Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Your earning potential grows with every sale and satisfied homeowner. Average income: $875‑$1,200 per week (annual salary plus commissions). The pay range is $30,436.00–$63,002.00, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Paid training and ongoing development, full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k) and more).
