Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience working as a paraprofessional in schools desired
• Background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is welcomed, whether in schools, clinics, or in-home settings
• High school diploma or higher
• Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive, and patient classroom atmosphere
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and classroom support for students from elementary through high school
• Assist students with academics, behavioral goals, and positive social interactions
• Support classroom teachers and special education teams by implementing instructional and behavior management plans
• Aid students requiring help during transitions, lunch, or throughout the school day
• Collaborate with staff to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed

This role is 30 hours weekly, five days per week, serving as a steady and impactful presence for students across different grade levels.
