Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients using a variety of diagnostic tools, including range of motion, muscle strength, and neurological examinations, to identify impairments and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies that incorporate passive and active treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as heat and ultrasound therapy.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans according to patient progress and feedback, ensuring alignment with physical therapy best practices and physician recommendations.
• Provide personalized instruction to patients and their families on self-care techniques and home exercise programs to facilitate ongoing rehabilitation and prevent recurrence of injuries.
• Act as an educational resource for physicians and healthcare providers regarding patient treatment approaches, physical function improvements, and the functionality of adaptive equipment.
• Oversee the treatment provided by non-professional and support personnel, ensuring quality control and adherence to organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.

• Maintaining a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board complaints.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
