This role serves as a critical link between clients, production, and supply chain teams, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, documentation, and communication./ppHourly Wage: $24/hr/ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliAccurately enter customer orders, revisions, and specifications into Elements Connect./liliReview purchase orders for completeness, pricing accuracy and lead times./liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, customer information, and related documentation within internal systems./li/ulpCustomer Communication:/pulliServe as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, and shipment schedules./liliProvide timely responses via email and phone, maintaining a professional and courteous tone./liliCoordinate with production, planning, and shipping teams to meet customer delivery requirements./li/ulpInternal Coordination:/pulliCollaborate with cross-functional teams including production, QA, and logistics to resolve order-related issues or discrepancies./liliMonitor open orders and proactively follow up to ensure timely fulfillment./liliWork with Inventory teams to provide accurate reports each month to deliver to customers./li/ulpCompliance Documentation:/pulliEnsure all data entry complies with company SOPs and industry regulations./liliHelp maintain accurate and audit-ready records for quality assurance and customer compliance./liliSupport quality documentation processes related to customer complaints or returns, if needed./li/ul/div
