Paint Booth Production Support Technician Make Every Part Count

Keep our finishing line moving with precision staging, safe lifting, and accurate counts. You’ll be the connection between the paint booth and the next operation, ensuring quality parts are loaded, unloaded, bundled, and documented.

• Location: Waukesha, WI
• Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor
• Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 1am

POSITION TYPE:

Full-time, non-exempt

• Read work orders or follow verbal instruction to identify parts for staging, loading, or unloading at the paint booth.
• Use proper lifting attachments and move materials safely to designated areas.
• Record accurate piece counts and maintain movement logs.
• Stack/assemble materials, create secure bundles, and apply bands.
• Lift heavy components by hand or operate a power hoist/overhead crane.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift or overhead crane exposure preferred.
• Strength and stamina to routinely lift up to 50 lbs and, at times, more than 100 lbs when turning parts over (based on part size/shape).
• Solid communication and people skills; dependable team mindset.
• Material handler experience is beneficial.
