Service Desk TechnicianChicago, IllinoisHybridContract$35/hr - $40/hrA professional services organization is looking to bring on a Service Desk Technician to provide hands-on technology assistance to employees in an office environment. You will support Windows computers, Microsoft Office applications, mobile devices, printers, and other workplace technology while troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day technical issues. You'll also assist with laptop and desktop deployments, conference room and video conferencing technology, hardware installations, and equipment replacements.
