About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (IMCU/PCU) – New York

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM; floating required as needed

Highlights:

• 64-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 15 designated neurological beds
• Diverse case mix including neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory (COPD), DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and post-operative patients
• Specialty equipment experience: temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, Neptune, chronic vents with respiratory therapy support
• EPIC electronic medical record system
• Adult patient population (18 years and older)
• Local and travel candidates welcome

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license (must be verified through NURSYS)
• Minimum 2+ years of IMCU/PCU experience required
• Travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Valid driver's license and complete skills checklist matching specialty
