This role directly supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract, where your technical support keeps mission-critical operations running smoothly for one of the nation's most important defense programs.What You'll Be DoingCollect and analyze data to provide technical resolutionsProvide remote troubleshooting support for break fix issuesProvide escalation and status updates to MDA customersProvide technical support for enterprise projects that affect Service Desk workflowsResolve daily battle rhythm tasksTrack all work using the Remedy ticketing systemUtilize the mature knowledge database to assist customersWhat You BringBasic Requirements:Must have 6, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience. May be reduced with completion of advanced education.Must have 6, or more, months of IT experienceMust have experience working in a customer-facing role.Must have experience with Microsoft OfficeMust have experience working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentMust have experience working with geographically dispersed teamsMust have DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification or higher by employment start date (example: CompTIA Security+ CE)Must have, or obtain, an active DoW Secret Security ClearanceDesired Requirements:Have an ITILv3 Foundations certificationHave Remedy experienceHave experience with desktop support, service desk/help desk or call center experienceWhy LaunchTech?LaunchTech is built on a single standard: Excellence, Period.
