Remote ISP Support Technician (Entry-Level IT)

TEKsystems is seeking an ISP Technician to support customers remotely from Huntsville, AL, with shifts across early, mid, and late 2nd periods. You will handle calls, chats, and emails, diagnose connectivity issues, and document details in ticketing systems.
