We're seeking a Canvassing Manager to develop and lead our team of door-to-door marketers. What We're Looking For: Prior door-to-door sales or canvassing experience, and experience as a Canvassing Manager. Proven leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive communication style. Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to manage team performance, meet metrics, and exceed quotas. Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Physically capable of walking 35 miles daily in the field. Confident going door-to-door, engaging homeowners, and setting appointments. Key Responsibilities: Select and manage canvassing territories throughout the West Springfield area to maximize lead quality. Build a strong door to door marketing team from the ground up (hire, train, and support the team on the field). Lead a team that promotes our remodeling services, setting appointments and generating leads. Distribute flyers and promote services via door-to-door and social media channels. Monitor and report team performance and hold team members accountable. Train team members on scripts, company messaging, and sales techniques. Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our services and value propositions. Accurately collect homeowner information and set qualified appointments. Occasionally work at shows and events alongside canvassing team.
