CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nurse

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and safe feeding as needed

• Provide emotional support and build meaningful, respectful relationships with residents and families

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent resident care

• Current, active Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
