Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Weekend Warrior Day Shift Program .
Work just Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and enjoy a rewarding healthcare career while maintaining flexibility during the week. CNA Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Technician (PCT), Caregiver, Resident Assistant, or Resident Care Aide , you will:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
Obtain and document vital signs
Support residents during meals and assist with feeding as needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety
Follow individualized care plans
Work closely with nurses, therapists, and healthcare teams
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and families
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Shift: Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
