Dayshift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team at Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, Tennessee . As a Full-Time CNA, you will be part of our dynamic day shift team, providing exceptional resident care and support. Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and family members
Follow care plans and facility policies
Full-Time Day Shift Schedule:
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Full-Time Position
Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

CNA Qualifications:
Current and active Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, healthcare, or senior care preferred

Reliable attendance and dependability
Ability to work assigned shifts and every other weekend
