Senior Treasury Accountant

Our client is looking for a Senior Treasury Accountant to add to their team. We are growing and looking to strengthen our accounting department. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to maintain a positive attitude, communicate well, and have fun. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate the daily funds transferring process between the Company and its operating units
• Maintain daily communication with external banking and merchant counter-parties
• Analyze and communicate the daily cash position to management including recommended actions for efficient use of the Company's assets
• Ensure all cash transaction responsibilities are completed in accordance with the established control environment
• Ensure daily cash transactions are recorded accurately and timely in general ledger system
• Take ownership of various accounting subledgers
• Continuously seek process improvements to gain efficiency and enhance controls
• Prepare monthly General Ledger account reconciliations
• Other duties or projects as assigned

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent job experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong abilities in Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and independently in a fast-paced environment
