Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification
• Comprehensive understanding of school-based psychological assessment and intervention practices
• Documented experience working in educational settings, preferably K-12
• Exceptional organizational and time management ability, especially in hybrid work environments
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Ability to efficiently manage caseloads and prioritize multiple tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for eligibility meetings
• Develop and support interventions that promote student learning and well-being as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering expertise in assessment and recommendations
• Maintain up-to-date, confidential records for compliance and reporting
• Support crisis intervention and behavioral counseling services as needed
• Consult with educators and parents, providing strategies and resources for classroom management and student support
