Public Trust Salesforce QA Tester

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Public Trust Salesforce QA Tester will ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through comprehensive testing, collaboration with stakeholders, and adherence to best QA practices. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Salesforce functionality and configurations Conduct functional, integration, system, and regression testing, documenting defects and collaborating with technical teams for resolution Participate in release management processes and continuously improve QA methodologies and processes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of four years of general work experience, including three years in troubleshooting software Salesforce certification (Administrator preferred) and experience testing enterprise software solutions Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform and applications, with experience in Agile development processes Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Public Trust Clearance
