We are seeking driven, well-rounded cooks to join our small and dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work with world-class ingredients in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a team committed to excellence. We are already quite busy, and we're looking for individuals who thrive under pressure, take pride in their craft, and want to be part of something special. Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a professional kitchen
- Solid knife skills
- Team player; no cook is an island
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Takes direction well
- Works clean and stays organized
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Previous upscale or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus, but we value great people above all
