Job Summary

We are engaging Bilingual Japanese Psychologists (PhD) to support an AI training project. You'll apply your psychology expertise to evaluate content, develop culturally relevant scenarios, and provide high-quality feedback. AI experience is not required.

Scope of Work

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation.
• Develop culturally sensitive scenarios and materials in Japanese and English.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethics, and psychological best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document evaluations and findings clearly.
• Apply bilingual expertise to psychological assessments across language and cultural contexts.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology with clinical or academic experience.
• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and English.
• Strong analytical, ethical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with case studies and psychological assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Comfortable using digital tools for remote collaboration.
