What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital environment
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans
Monitor patient progress and document care activities accurately
Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and post-discharge care
Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
Maintain a safe and clean environment, following infection control protocols

What You Need

Current RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
CPI certification (renewed annually)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software
