Case Coordinator

Providing essential support for the underwriting team, the full-time Case Coordinator will analyze life insurance applications, manage case files, and respond to customer service requests while working onsite in West Des Moines, IA. Key responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer service requests for external customers and departmental staff Assist underwriters in managing case files and maintaining the integrity of pending files Create and produce correspondence for internal and external communication regarding processes and statuses Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of relevant experience Loma ACS designation and knowledge of Windows and MS Office preferred Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Strong independent thinking, analysis, and judgment skills Must be able to work onsite in West Des Moines, IA
