VP Finance
Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the VP Finance:

Serve as the VP Finance responsible for leading accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, and operational finance functions.
Guide budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and enterprise-wide performance management initiatives.
Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic growth objectives.
Oversee treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, and investment administration.
As VP Finance , champion technology implementations, process improvements, and strong internal control environments across the organization.

Qualifications for the VP Finance:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA strongly preferred for the VP Finance position.
Progressive leadership experience across finance, accounting, and operations within a financial services organization.
Demonstrated success as a VP Finance leader or comparable executive managing technology implementations, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
