Job Description
One of the leading financial companies is seeking a Bilingual Japanese Administrative Assistant in their NY Office. This is a temporary job opportunity with a possibility of becoming a perm. Responsibilities include: answering and screening phone calls, researching on tax-related matters, preparing business letters for the clients, organizing confidential documents in the system, assisting the management team with answering inquiries, managing calendars and arranging meetings, travels, and lunch, attending visitors, processing expense report, coordinating projects/events, and communicating with other offices and outside venues. Requirements include: bilingual Japanese/English, college degree, 1~2 years of work experience, excellent MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, excellent communication skills, and team-worker, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills.
