About the Role We are looking for a Staff Accountant to support the accounting and financial reporting functions for our construction company in San Diego, CA. This is a direct‑hire, on‑site position. Responsibilities Support accounting and financial reporting functions. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Analyze financial transactions and perform detailed reconciliations of general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Prepare accurate journal entries and supporting schedules. Execute month‑end close responsibilities. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in high‑volume accounting data entry preferred. Strong ability to work effectively with internal and external customers. Proficiency with general ledger and month‑end close processes. Detail oriented with strong analytical skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
