Finance & Accounting Manager

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Manager to join the Finance & Accounting Department at a premier boutique law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple responsibilities to support financial operations within the firm's accounting department. This is a full-time hybrid role in the firm's Houston office, with Mondays and Fridays work from home!

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the Controller with all accounting tasks Overseeing Rippe/SurePoint/LMS software and all backend rules, database (SQL) workflows, user experience, and 1099 production Administering and supporting financial management software Managing Finance & Accounting projects and policies Building and running custom reports and dashboards Onboarding new employees for accounting and timekeeping processes, reporting, and dashboard training Assisting in preparing data and presentations for executive meetings Streamline and automate finance & accounting processes and data cleanup on SurePoint/LMS Identifying and implementing accounting internal controls Producing audit schedules for external audits Monitoring and implementing finance & accounting technology including genAI

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum seven years of accounting/finance within law firm(s) Must be a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple projects within deadlines Must be a team player who can work collaboratively with all levels of staff across the Finance & Accounting, IT, and HR departments #J-18808-Ljbffr Innovative Driven
