Narragansett Bay Anesthesia is a new partnership with USAP Rhode Island! Newly drafted compensation packages for FT - $270k annually. Call available at Kent and South County Hospitals. Call is voluntary and self-scheduled. Call stipends offered; callback hours paid at 1.5 times regular hourly rate. $10k Travel allowance offered for providers working a weekly minimum of 24h at Kent Hospital and at least 2 additional facilities regularly for 6 months, prorated amount for less than 40h weekly. Generous Student Retention Bonus: $20k annual for 5 year / 60-month commitment (hours at Kent required). Not eligible for longevity increases until 6th year, will become eligible for travel allowances until after 5 years. Paid out in increments of $20k at the end of each 12 months. Flexible Shifts: 8s, 10s and 12s offered. Benefits (24 weekly hours or more): 401k matching, PTO, CME, relocation assistance, healthcare benefits. Facilities Include: Butler Hospital, Kent Hospital, Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, Roger Williams Medical Center, South County Hospital, RI Ortho, and University Orthopedics - Cases include but are not limited to: General, Bariatric, Ortho, Podiatry, Vascular, GU, Neuro, GYN, Thoracic, Endo, Surg Oncology Robots, GYN-OB, and Pedi-Dental.
