HR Analyst – People Consulting, Systems - HR Transformation (Manager) – Multiple Positions (1716632) Location: Houston, TX (Other locations: Primary Location Only) Requisition ID: 1716632 Responsibilities Design and implement HR operating models and organizational structures. Improve HR process efficiency and advise organizations on people‑related challenges, focusing on change management. Drive large‑scale change strategies, organizational design, and HR transformation. Support engagement activities from planning through implementation, including identifying and managing potential issues and risks during client assignments. Prepare proposals and deliver presentations for potential clients. Manage and motivate diverse teams of consulting professionals. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long‑term client relationships. Cultivate business development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems (business perspective), or related field, and 5 years progressive post‑baccalaureate related work experience; or Master’s degree with 4 years related experience. 4 years of experience with large‑scale HR projects in professional services/consulting or in‑house HR management. 3 years of experience in at least two of: change management, organizational design, HR operating and delivery models, or HR process efficiency. 1 year of experience preparing proposals and presentations for client pursuits. 1 year of experience managing a team of junior consultants. Travel required up to 50%, including up to 10% international. Employer will accept suitable combinations of education, training, and experience. Employment Details Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Benefits Competitive base salary of $131,235 per year.
