This opportunity is ideal for a Payroll Coordinator who enjoys inhouse, fullcycle payroll, complex calculations, and working closely with departments to resolve payroll issues-without direct people management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator

• Process fullcycle, inhouse payroll for approximately 800 fulltime employees on a semimonthly basis, including payroll tax processing through EFTPS, as the Payroll Coordinator
• Support employee payroll by calculating hours, auditing reports, and ensuring accurate module processing as the Payroll Coordinator
• Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, benefits, retirement plans, and payroll liabilities, including reconciliations, as the Payroll Coordinator
• Prepare and audit overtime, compensatory time, classbased calculations, and expired comp time payouts as the Payroll Coordinator
• Maintain payroll calendars, schedules, and documentation while partnering with departments to resolve payroll issues as the Payroll Coordinator

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of recent, handson in-house payroll experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; PeopleSoft experience is highly desirable
