Responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. This position could evolve into a State Farm Agent role. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Braselton, GA. Our office is open M-Th 9am-5pm F 9am-4pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2009. We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
