As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand relationships with customers to understand and fulfill their waste, recycling, construction, and aggregate service needs
• Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities within the assigned territory
• Leverage existing customer relationships to generate additional business
• Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and site visits with prospective and existing customers
• Educate customers on Liberty Recycling’s products, services, and value-added solutions
• Prepare pricing, proposals, and sales agreements; negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guidelines
• Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and customer trends in the territory
• Maintain accurate records of customer, prospect, and lead activity in the company CRM
• Organize contact lists and conduct timely follow-up to strengthen and grow customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal operations, dispatch, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational alignment

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience
• Customer service experience with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
• Strong technical and computer skills, including experience with Salesforce, AMCS, and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business and customer needs
