Fintech experience is desired – Need Product Manager not a Project or Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:

• 8 plus years of experience in product management with technical products and platforms

• 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with teams (e.g., business, customers, developers, Program Management, etc.)

• 5 years of experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle (e.g., product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, product launch, etc.)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with developing high performing platforms

• Experience with full stack developers’ standardization bodies and processes to build world class platforms.

• Experience in working with full stack developers and defining function and non-functional requirement.

• Ability to articulate product vision in your area, documenting both short-term plans and long-term strategy.

About the job

As a Product Manager on the Fintech team, you will be working with your team to provide platform APIs and functionality that makes it possible for payments processing to be performance, definition of key data fields that are requirement to meet merchant integration requirements, and define platform requirements that ensure proper performance metrics are achieved.

Fintech team is dedicated to building a better end to end payments capability that will support the current flex card program, filter spend, simplify merchant integrations as the point of sale but also for web and mobile marketplaces. The capabilities of the payment capabilities should then be able to extend various other medical claims processes now and in the future. You will work with developers on open source project and technologies that will allow us to be build platforms at scale as well as benefit from the latest innovations in speed, simplicity and security.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to forming a coherent product strategy and drive it forward, getting buy-in from stakeholders across the business, merchants, and development teams.

• Outreach, engagement, and alignment with customer around requirements and product needs

• Drive a multi-year roadmap for the platform and capabilities.

• Evolve the requirements to extend beyond the platform but in improved customer and developer experiences to be able to interact with the platforms

• Partner with teams across the Fintech and broad NB tech teams to build platform and experiences across various technologies.
