ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a small, growing team of two, plus myself. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent six years as a team member, gaining valuable experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful agency.

I’m a graduate of Florida International University. I’m focused on building a team that is driven, positive, and ready to grow alongside the business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jackson Philgren - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
