- Assist clients with policy changes and respond to their inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim statuses.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
