A cornerstone of our success is our commitment to developing the next generation of industry leaders. Townhouse Partners is dedicated to identifying, mentoring, and training talented young professionals through our highly regarded Summer Internship Program.
This program offers rising college seniors the opportunity to work on live transactions alongside a dynamic team of professionals while receiving structured training in key areas of commercial real estate finance. Interns also benefit from guest speakers who are industry leaders and curated property tours that enhance the overall learning experience.
We are seeking motivated summer interns to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment. Interns will support the team across all aspects of the business, including research, reporting, and underwriting, while gaining meaningful, hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry, including work on engagements involving leading global banks, institutional investors, and sophisticated real estate sponsors, and exposure to the full lifecycle of complex commercial real estate transactions

You will be fully integrated into active projects as a meaningful contributor. This hands-on approach allows you to build practical skills and gain real-world experience that will serve as a strong foundation for your professional career, with work that directly supports senior-level decision-making and offers insight into how experienced professionals evaluate risk, analyze data, and form investment judgment.

You will learn from the collective expertise of our highly skilled teams through a blend of structured classroom instruction and hands-on training. Working alongside peers and experienced commercial real estate professionals, you will gain valuable analytical, transactional, and due diligence experience designed to help you work more effectively and gain industry insight not achievable through academics alone

Networking Opportunities
Internally, you will collaborate closely with Townhouse Partners’ entire team, comprised of commercial real estate professionals ranging from our junior analysts to our most seasoned managing directors., while also gaining exposure to the broader ecosystem of banks, investors, and advisors involved in institutional commercial real estate transactions.

Required Education and Experience

• Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program
• Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
• Prior course work in in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and desire to learn
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
