B2B Sales Representative – Business Funding

Financial District, NYC | 100% In-Office

The hiring company is a boutique business funding company in the Financial District helping small and mid-sized businesses access capital nationwide. They're building a competitive, high-energy sales team and looking for people who are hungry to develop their sales skills, make serious money, and grow into larger roles within the company. This is a high-volume outbound sales position . You'll spend your day speaking directly with business owners, identifying funding opportunities, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners nationwide
• Identify business needs and present appropriate funding solutions
• Build relationships with business owners and guide deals through the funding process
• Follow up aggressively with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close new business
• Work directly with leadership and experienced reps to continuously improve your sales skills

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required . We especially like candidates coming from competitive, outbound, commission-driven environments.

If you've worked in an environment where you had to prospect, handle rejection, compete, follow up relentlessly, and earn based on performance , your background may translate very well to this role.

You don't need years of experience.

You do need to be willing to pick up the phone, compete, learn quickly, take coaching, and consistently put in the activity required to succeed.

This is not a salaried position. Compensation is 100% performance-based and uncapped , making it best suited for someone who wants their income tied directly to their results.
