You’ve sold in environments like Cintas, Unifirst, Sysco, Aramark, or similar. You don’t wait for leads. You build your book from zero and win in the field. What you’ll do Walk into commercial buildings and pitch decision-makers directly Focus on hotels, property managers, and commercial facilities across Tampa Close recurring supply agreements with 30–90 day reorder cycles Own your territory end-to-end: prospecting, closing, and account growth Build pipeline daily and consistently expand market share What we’re looking for 4+ years of outside B2B or territory sales experience Proven track record of generating your own business and hitting quota Comfortable with true door‑to‑door prospecting Highly competitive, disciplined, and self‑driven Bring your numbers How you get paid Starting Base salary: Discussed during interview Commission: Percentage of sales (Discussed in interview) OTE year one: $95,000 – $150,000+ Residual commissions are the upside Every account you close reorders every 30–90 days.
