Credit Specialist

Riverside in Newport News, VA is seeking a Credit Specialist to diagnose and resolve credits and handle refunds. You will read EOBS to identify credit causes and resolve issues, and respond to inquiries with detailed SBOCREDITSPECIALIST emails. Collaboration with other departments is required. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
