Change Management Specialist

Rockwoods is hiring a Change Management Specialist, to help drive adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows. This role sits within a broader transformation team and works closely with program leadership to ensure changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained at the front line. Key Responsibilities Design and execute change management plans to support the rollout of new processes, systems, and workflows across branch operations Develop and deliver training programs and materials for branch staff and managers Assess change impact and readiness across affected teams; identify risks to adoption and develop mitigation plans Partner with branch operations, HR, IT, and program leadership to align messaging and timelines Build and manage communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the transformation Gather feedback from front-line staff to refine training and change approache Track adoption metrics and report on change management progress to program leadership Support the development of governance materials, job aids, and reference guide Qualifications 3+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational development, ideally within banking, financial services, or a related regulated industry Strong facilitation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to both front-line staff and leadership Ability to translate complex process or system changes into clear, actionable training materials Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams #J-18808-Ljbffr Rockwoods Inc
